Obituaries Paul Booth, in law CHATHAM TWP. Paul S. (Buddy) Booth an officer in law enforcement for 30 years, died Sunday at home after a short illness. He was 57. He was born in Newark and lived in Franklin for 10 years before moving here six months ago.

He served in the U.S. Army. He graduated from Seton Hall Preparatory School and in 1966 received a bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University, both in South Orange. While in school he was on the allcounty and all-state basketball teams. Karl Kunze HACKETTSTOWN Karl Kunze died Sunday at Hackettstown Community Hospital after a long illness.

He was 88. He was born in Germany and lived in Lyndhurst before moving here in 1975. He was a self-employed machinist for 50 years, retiring in 1973. He is survived by two brothers, Kurt, Fayetteville, N.Y., and Max, Astoria, N.Y. Arrangements are by the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St.

Crane HACKETTSTOWN Kathryn H. Crane died Sunday at Hackettstown Community Hospital after a short illness. She was 86. She was born in New Jersey and lived in Vernon before moving here 12 years ago. She was a homemaker.

He was 78. He was born in Stony Hill and lived in Morristown for 40 years before moving to Budd Lake four years ago. He was a self-employed builder for 40 years, retiring in 1971. He was a member of the Carpenters Union Local 620 of Springfield and St. Margaret's R.C.

Church in Morristown. Richard Savage Sr. CHESTER TWP. Richard E. "Homer" Savage Sr.

died yesterday at Morristown Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was 55. He was born in Rangely Lakes, Maine, and lived here for many years. He was a self-employed electrical contractor. Mr.

Savage was a member and treasurer of the Electrical Contractors Association's Sussex-Warren Chapter and a member of the Community Presbyterian Church, the Bernay Apgar American Legion Post of Chester and the Chester Men's Bowling League. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; a son, Richard Hopatcong; two daughters, Ruby Young, Ironia, and Brenda Savage, Chester; two brothers, Parker, Stratton, Maine, and Roger, Wilbur, a sister, Norma Luce, Anson, Maine; and three grandchildren. Williams of Budd Lake, the founder of the law firm Williams, Caliri, Miller and Otley in Wayne, died Sunday at Passaic General Hospital after a short illness. He was 80. He was born in Westerly, R.I., and lived in Montclair. He was a longtime summer resident in Budd Lake and became a permanent resident four months ago. He graduated from Manhattan College, New York City, in 1926 and Clementine E.

Mola BOONTON Clementine E. Mola died yesterday after a long illness. She was 71. She was born in New York City and lived in Boonton for the past 67 years. She was a bookkeeper at the Citizens First National Bank here for many years, retiring in 1978.

Mrs. Mola was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, Mountain Lakes. She is survived by two sons, Henry and Joseph, both of Mountain Lakes, two brothers, Alfred Cianella, here, and Ferdinand Cianella, Denville; eight grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren. Arrangements are by the Lewis Carey Funeral Home, 312 W.

Main St. In May 1982, Mr. Principal and his wife, Julia Sandelli, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple received a letter of congratulations from President and Mrs. Reagan, and a special blessing was bestowed by the Rev.

Patrick Panos of St. Jude Church, Hopatcong. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Thomas J. Hopatcong, a daughter, Maria C. Cavnor, here; two brothers, Victor Warner Robins, and Daniel Short Hills; two sisters, Ann D.

MacDonald and Kathleen M. Principal, both of Short Hills; and six grandchildren. Arrangements are by the Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph. Marjorie L. Harrison HACKETTSTOWN Marjorie L.

Harrison died Saturday at Hackettstown Community Hospital after a long illness. She was 88. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in Butler before moving here in 1983. She was a graduate of Pratt Institute, Brooklyn. Mrs.

Harrison was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Reformed Church, Pompton Plains, and the Daughters of the American Revolution, Butler. She is survived by a son, Richard the town engineer here; a daughter, Darys, Bronx, N.Y.; a brother, Richard Lamscha, Cape Elizabeth, Maine; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St. founded law firm from Fordham Law School in 1931, Mr.

Williams practiced law for 41 years, retiring in 1974. He was a member of St. Jude's R.C. Church here and the American and Passaic County bar associations. He is survived by two sons, Walter Sparta, and Thomas here; a daughter, Joan Roethke, Somerville; a sister, Mary I.

Williams, Westerly, R.I.; and 14 grandchildren. Arrangements are by the Morgan Funeral Home, 31-33 Main Netcong. Edward J. Jaeger BERGENFIELD Edward J. Jaeger died Friday at the Woodcrest Center in New Milford.

He was 83. He was born in Newport, and had lived in Bergenfield for 44 years. Before retiring in 1967, he was a bronze engraver at the U.S. Bronze Co. in Long Island, N.Y Mr.

Jaeger was a member of the Bergenfield Senior Citizens Club. survived by his wife, Wilma Boberg; three sons, Richard, Tenafly; Lawrence, Randolph Township, and Edward, Hillsdale; a brother, Carl, Kentucky; 13 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by the Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Bergenfield. MENDHAM TWP.

Meade Brunet, former vice president and managing director of the RCA International Division, died Sunday at home after a brief illness. He was 90. A longtime resident of Mendham Township, Mr. Brunet retired from RCA in 1966 after 44 years with the company. He was active in many international groups and was decorated by the governments of Brazil and Chile.

He was born in Petersburg, attended local schools and graduated in, 1916 from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., with a bachelor of engineering degree. During World War he served as a lieutenant with the American Expeditionary Forces in Europe. He joined RCA in 1922 in the sales department, and subsequently became district manager in Chicago. In 1946 he became vice president and managing director of the RCA International Division, and in 1957 was made staff vice president in the sales and services organization of RCA. Mr.

Brunet was a trustee of the U.S. Council of the International Chamber of Commerce, a chairman of the board of trustees of Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., and a director of the Far East American Ella M. Smith BRANCHBURG TWP. Ella M. Smith of North Branch died yesterday at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington, after a long illness.

She was 82. She was born in Lebanon and lived in Long Valley before moving here in 1975. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Wayne, Stanhope, and Robert Bath, a daughter, Alice Apgar, Whitehouse Station; three brothers, George Hendershot, Somerville; LeRoy Hendershot, Pottersville, and Lester Hendershot, Basking Ridge; a sister, Annie Willis, Tewksbury Township, 23 grandchildren, 21 greatgrandchildren; and one great-greatgrandchild. Arrangements are by the Coughlin Funeral Home, Route 512 and Center Street, Califon.

Catherine Jo Peach WASHINGTON TWP. (Morris) Catherine Jo Peach of Schooleys Mountain died Saturday at home after a short illness. She was 30. She was born in Newton and lived in Schooleys Mountain for the past eight years. She was a graduate of the County College of Morris, Randolph Township, and attended Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colo.

She was employed as a computer programmer for Varityper, Hanover, for the past years. She is survived by her husband, John her parents, Dominic and Catherine B. Bencivenga, Orlando, Fla; and a brother, Gary S. Bencivenga, Las Cruces, N.M. Arrangements are by the Doyle Funeral Home, 106 Maple Morristown.

Council of Commerce and Industry. He was a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the American Society of Naval Engineers, Radio Club of America and several honorary engineering fraternities. He belonged to the University Club in New York and the Army and Navy Club in Washington, D.C. In 1957, Mr. Brunet received the Order of the Southern Cross from Brazil, and in 1963 was made an Officer of the Order of Merit by the government of Chile.

He is survived by his wife, Edythe Redman; a son, Stuart, Mendham Township; a sister, Sally H. Brunet, Morristown; and four grandchildren. Arrangements are by the Bailey Funeral Home 8 Hilltop Road, Mendham. Eleanor H. Sayward MENDHAM Eleanor H.

Sayward died yesterday at Morristown Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was 83. She was born in Springfield, and lived in that area all her life before moving here four months ago. Mrs. Sayward was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Wesley Methodist Church, Springfield, and its Fidelis Society. She is survived by a son, Roland W. East Hartford, two daughters, Ruth Fehnel of Mendham, with whom she lived, and Virginia Troutman Paul, Belle Mead; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Margaret Beam died yesterday at Dover General Hospital after a long illness. She was 83. She was born in Jefferson Township and lived most of her life in Wharton. She lived in Kenvil for the past five years. She is survived by four sons, George List, Kenvil; Charles Holmes, Wharton, Harry Holmes, Rockaway, and Harold Holmes, Roxbury Township; a daughter, Margaret Rauh, Rockaway Township, a brother, William List, Wharton; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, and four Arrangements are by the Bermingham Funeral Home, 249 S.

Main Wharton. Ervilla H. Fisler MIDDLETOWN TWP. Ervilla Howell Fisler died Wednesday at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank after a short illness. She was 81.

She was born in Fox Hill and lived in Belford for the past 55 years. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Fisler was a member of the United Methodist Church of Belford. She is survived by two sons, Edward A.

Keyport, and Robert D. Belford; a daughter, Roberta F. Long, New Monmouth; a sister, Grace Burd, Califon; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Arrangements were by the Scott Funeral Home, 147 Church Belford..
